By accepting a quote or making a payment, you agree to hire BRS Solutions to assist you with the specific activity or service described in the quote or invoice.
It is your responsibility to review and confirm all information and documents before any request or submission. BRS is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
After payment, clients have up to six (6) months to provide all documents or information necessary for the completion of the service.
A temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
If the necessary information or documents are not sent within the 6-month period, the service will be considered terminated and canceled. Reactivation or continuation after this period may require a new quote and additional fees.
The client can cancel the service within up to 7 days after payment. A cancellation fee will be charged: after acceptance of the quote or payment being made, 30% of the service value will be charged.
No refunds will be issued after seven (7) days from the date of payment, regardless of whether the client has submitted the required documents.
